Information shared with us may be shared with our Merchants/vendors for facilitation of the Services. We only access information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service, authorized by the Merchants or as required by law. We do not collect data from the end customers of the Merchants and act only as the data processors on behalf of the Merchants. As the processors of personal information of the end customers on behalf of the Merchant, we act upon Merchant’s instructions with respect to the personal information they control to the extent consistent with the functionality of our Service. In doing so, we implement the required safety measures against unauthorized processing of such information and against loss, destruction of, or damage to, personal information. While we are required to comply with the instructions of our Merchant, we are still committed to protecting the confidential information of the end customers of the Merchants, and have adopted this Policy to protect any data made available to us. This Policy applies to all transactions involving BoxPay and is to be always read together with Terms and Conditions harmoniously. By visiting the Website and/or availing the Services, you agree to and accept to the Policy and the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the Website and/or utilizing any Services. As a user of the Website and/or the Services, your access to or use of the Website and Services is conditional upon your acceptance of and continued compliance with this Policy.

Information Collection: We collect information (including personal data) of the end customers on behalf of our Merchants when they use our Services in terms of the separate service agreement entered into with each of our Merchants. Except for fulfilling our obligation of providing Services to our Merchants, BoxPay does not normally process, store or obtain any consumer personal information for any other purpose. In course of providing Services, we may collect certain information which is not intended to be sold to or traded or shared with other companies or organizations for commercial purposes or otherwise, unless otherwise authorized by the Merchant. However, BoxPay may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our Service such as third-party payment processors etc. Transfers to these third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy, and the service agreements with such third parties and Merchants. BoxPay collects information on behalf of our Merchant, and has no direct relationship with the end customers with whom the Merchants may interact using the Service. We generally rely on Personal Data provided by you (or your authorised representative). We request you to ensure that the any data (including personal data) provided by you is current, complete, and accurate at all times. To update us if there are any changes to your data (personal data), inform via email at grievance@boxpay.tech. If you are a customer of one of our Merchants and would no longer like to be contacted by that Merchant, please contact the Merchant directly. If Merchant requests BoxPay to correct, amend or delete data, we will respond to that request as soon as possible. We host and process data, including personal information, through a third party, to operate and manage this Service. When you access or use our Website or the Service, or otherwise provide information to us, you are consenting, on behalf of yourself and your authorized representatives or end-users, to the processing and transfer of information in and to the concerned jurisdiction which may have different privacy laws from your country of residence. Merchants have the responsibility to inform the end customers with whom they interact with via the help of the Service about the cookies used by BoxPay and by themselves and should obtain individual’s consent, if necessary. We may also employ web beacons/web bugs that help us better manage content on our Website by informing us what content is effective. They are used to track the online movements of users of our Website. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on web pages. We tie the information gathered by this to our customer’s personal information.

We will cease to retain your personal data or remove the means by which the personal data can be associated with you, as soon as we deem that such retention ceases to meet the purpose for which the Personal Data was collected and any other business, audit, or legal purposes.
